Common use of Records and Files Clause in Contracts

Records and Files. All records and files of Sellers of every kind including, without limitation, invoices, customer and vendor lists (and other related information), blueprints, specifications, designs, drawings, and operating and marketing plans, and all other documents, tapes, discs, programs or other embodiments of information of Sellers.
