Common use of Records and Books of Account Clause in Contracts

Records and Books of Account. (a) The General Partner shall maintain, or cause to be maintained complete and accurate records and books of account of all transactions of the Partnership wherein shall be entered all transactions, matters and things relating to the Partnership's business as are usually entered into books of account kept by persons engaged in a business of a like character, all on the method of accounting determined in accordance with Section 11.1, consistently applied.

(a) The General Partner shall maintain, keep or cause to be maintained kept proper and complete and accurate records and books of account of all transactions of the Partnership wherein in which shall be entered fully and accurately all transactions, transactions and other matters and things relating relative to the Partnership's business Business as are usually entered into records and books of account kept maintained by persons engaged in a business of a like character, all on the method of accounting determined . The Partnership books and records shall be prepared in accordance with Section 11.1, generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied. The books and records shall at all times be open to the reasonable inspection and examination of each Limited Partner or its duly authorized representatives during normal business hours.
