Information Sharing (a) HHSC will provide the MA Dual SNP with resources regarding the LTSS covered by Medicaid in accordance with this section.
Sharing Information Each party hereto shall as promptly as possible, and in any event within two (2) business days, inform the other of any material communications between such party and the FCC or any other Governmental Authority regarding this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby. If any party receives a request for additional information or documentary material from any such Governmental Authority, then such party shall endeavor in good faith to make, or cause to be made, as promptly as practicable and after consultation with the other party, an appropriate response to such request.

- CLEC INFORMATION CLEC agrees to work with Qwest in good faith to promptly complete or update, as applicable, Qwest’s “New Customer Questionnaire” to the extent that CLEC has not already done so, and CLEC shall hold Qwest harmless for any damages to or claims from CLEC caused by CLEC’s failure to promptly complete or update the questionnaire.
Sharing Information with Billers You authorize us to share identifying personal information about you (such as name, address, telephone number, Xxxxxx account number) with companies that you have identified as your Billers and which we have identified as offering electronic bills for purposes of matching your identity on the Service’s records and the Xxxxxx’x records to (a) activate your affirmative request for electronic bills, and/or (b) confirm your eligibility for “trial basis” electronic bills.

Plan Information The Employee agrees to receive copies of the Plan, the Plan prospectus and other Plan information, including information prepared to comply with Applicable Laws outside the United States, from the Long-term Incentives website and stockholder information, including copies of any annual report, proxy and Form 10-K, from the investor relations section of the Company's website at xxx.xx.xxx. The Employee acknowledges that copies of the Plan, Plan prospectus, Plan information and stockholder information are available upon written or telephonic request to the Company Secretary. Demographic, Classification and Wage Information XXXXXX agrees to coordinate the accumulation and distribution of demographic, classification and wage data, as specified in the Letter of Understanding dated December 14, 2011, to CUPE on behalf of Boards of Education. The data currently housed in the Employment Data and Analysis Systems (EDAS) will be the source of the requested information.
