Such book shall be handed to the employer’s representative for his signature no later than 12 days after rain that is considered to justify an extension of time occurs.

Recording of weather. The Contractor shall keep a record of the daily rainfall and shall submit the records in electronic format and hard copy at the frequency and in the format as prescribed by the Engineer at the monthly site meetings. 5.3 MANAGEMENT MEETINGS Management meetings shall be held on site as follows : i) Formal site meetings with a formal agenda and formal minutes, once a month. ii) Progress review meetings, once a month, two weeks after every site meeting.
