Recording of Waste Collection and Disposal. All waste collected will be covered by a Waste Transfer Note in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Details of applicable charges for the provision of Waste Transfer Notes must be stated in Schedule 6Commercial Schedule. All Waste Transfer Notes and Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes must be signed by the Participating Authority(s) representative(s) before waste is removed from Participating Authority(s) premises. The weight of each consignment must be established by the use of a weighbridge or other approved and calibrated weighing method which is weights and measures endorsed by HM Customs and Excise. A consignment note system is to be used for each collection. The Contractor(s) shall provide a receipt recording the time and date of collection, the identification of bags/containers collected, the registration number of the vehicle and the final destination of the waste. A copy of this consignment note will be provided on a monthly basis to the Participating Authority(s) representative(s). After the delivery of each load the operator of the waste treatment facility shall issue to the Contractor(s) a receipt recording the time, date and disposal method/point of the load shall be forwarded together with the monthly invoices to the Participating Authority(s) representative(s). Contractor(s) will provide to the Participating Authority(s) on a monthly basis agreed reports in electronic format. All consignment and receipt notes shall be consecutively numbered. Contractors must confirm in their Tender proposal that a certificate of destruction for confidential waste will be provided to the Participating Authority for onsite destruction and/or for offsite disposal.

Recording of Waste Collection and Disposal. 7.1 The Supplier shall provide and maintain a comprehensive Transportation Plan prior to the contract implementation date, giving details of routes (including alternatives, should any primary route be unavailable), collection points, timetables, vehicles and driver details. The Transportation Plan should allow enough flexibility to accommodate any reasonable special needs that the Participating Authority may have. The Supplier shall consult and agree with the Participating Authority prior to making any alterations.

  • Retention and disposal 9.5.1. Information shared under this Agreement will be securely stored and disposed by secure means when no longer required for the purpose for which it is provided as per each parties’ Information Security Policy, unless otherwise agreed in a specific case, and legally permitted. Each party will determine and maintain their own retention schedule.

  • Printing of Collective Agreement The Hospital and Union agree that the cost of printing the collective agreements will be shared equally between the parties. The Union will be responsible for having the collective agreements printed in booklet format within sixty (60) days of its signing by both parties.

  • Access To, Return, and Disposition of Data Upon written request of LEA, Operator shall dispose of or delete all Data obtained under the Service Agreement when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, and transfer said data to LEA or LEA’s designee within sixty (60) days of the date of termination and according to a schedule and procedure as the Parties may reasonably agree. Operator acknowledges LEA’s obligations regarding retention of governmental data, and shall not destroy Data except as permitted by LEA. Nothing in the Service Agreement shall authorize Operator to maintain Data obtained under the Service Agreement beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition. Disposition shall include (1) the shredding of any hard copies of any Data; (2) Data Destruction; or (3) Otherwise modifying the personal information in those records to make it unreadable or indecipherable. Operator shall provide written notification to LEA when the Data has been disposed of. The duty to dispose of Data shall not extend to data that has been de-identified or placed in a separate Student account, pursuant to the other terms of the DPA. The LEA may employ a “Request for Return or Deletion of Data” FORM, a sample of this form is attached on Exhibit “D”). Upon receipt of a request from the LEA, the Operator will immediately provide the LEA with any specified portion of the Data within five (5) business days of receipt of said request.

  • Archival Back-Up and Disaster Recovery Licensee may use and copy the Product and related Documentation in connection with: i) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product for archival backup and disaster recovery procedures in the event of destruction or corruption of the Product or disasters or emergencies which require Licensee to restore backup(s) or to initiate disaster recovery procedures for its platform or operating systems; ii) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product and related Documentation for cold site storage. “Cold Site” storage shall be defined as a restorable back-up copy of the Product not to be installed until and after the declaration by the Licensee of a disaster; iii) reproducing a back-up copy of the Product to run for a reasonable period of time in conjunction with a documented consolidation or transfer otherwise allowed herein. “Disaster Recovery” shall be defined as the installation and storage of Product in ready-to-execute, back-up computer systems prior to disaster or breakdown which is not used for active production or development.

  • Registration Effect of Conveyances and Discharge 4.1 A copy of this Agreement and every amendment and discharge of this Agreement shall be recorded at the office of the Registry of Deeds at Halifax, Nova Scotia and the Developers shall pay or reimburse the Municipality for the registration cost incurred in recording such documents.

  • COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF ITEMS In processing items You have deposited for collection, We are only Your agent and assume no responsibility beyond the exercise of ordinary care. Any item deposited is subject to final settlement in cash or credit. We may use any method We feel is appropriate to collect items, which may include use of a Federal Reserve Bank. We are not responsible for the acts of any third party We use for the collection of items including responsibility for lost items. If We use a local clearinghouse in the collection of items, You authorize Us to do so and to act in accordance with any applicable rules and regulations. We may permit You to withdraw funds from Your Account before final settlement has been made, however, if final settlement is not made, We have the right to charge Your Account or otherwise require You to repay such funds. In processing items presented for payment on Your Account, We will pay such items each business day in an order of Our choosing, all of which means that the transactions may not be processed in the order in which they occurred and that You could incur multiple fees in a single day should there be insufficient funds to pay all items presented that day.

  • PRINTING OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 33.01 Provided the parties execute the Collective Agreement within sixty (60) days of the ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the parties shall share on a 50/50 basis the cost of printing and distributing of such agreements to the appropriate bargaining unit and management staff. The sixty (60) day time period may be extended by mutual agreement.

  • Waste Disposal Tenant shall store its waste either inside the Premises or within outside trash enclosures that are fully fenced and screened in compliance with all Private Restrictions, and designed for such purpose. All entrances to such outside trash enclosures shall be kept closed, and waste shall be stored in such manner as not to be visible from the exterior of such outside enclosures. Tenant shall cause all of its waste to be regularly removed from the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost. Tenant shall keep all fire corridors and mechanical equipment rooms in the Premises free and clear of all obstructions at all times.

  • Reduction and Disconnection NYISO or Transmission Owner may reduce Network Access Interconnection Service or disconnect the Large Generating Facility or the Developer Attachment Facilities, when such, reduction or disconnection is necessary under Good Utility Practice due to an Emergency State. These rights are separate and distinct from any right of Curtailment of NYISO pursuant to the NYISO OATT. When NYISO or Transmission Owner can schedule the reduction or disconnection in advance, NYISO or Transmission Owner shall notify Developer of the reasons, timing and expected duration of the reduction or disconnection. NYISO or Transmission Owner shall coordinate with the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the reduction or disconnection during periods of least impact to the Developer and the New York State Transmission System. Any reduction or disconnection shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Large Generating Facility, the Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state as soon as practicable consistent with Good Utility Practice.

  • Satisfaction and Discharge of Indenture This Indenture shall upon Company Request cease to be of further effect (except as to any surviving rights of registration of transfer or exchange of Securities herein expressly provided for), and the Trustee, at the expense of the Company, shall execute proper instruments acknowledging satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, when
