Recording of Overtime Employees shall record starting and finishing times for overtime worked in a form determined by the Employer.
RECORDING OF AGREEMENT Tenant shall not record this Agreement on the Public Records of any public office. In the event that Tenant shall record this Agreement, this Agreement shall, at Landlord's option, terminate immediately and Landlord shall be entitled to all rights and remedies that it has at law or in equity.
Bridging of Service If a regular employee terminates as a result of a decision to care for a dependent parent, spouse or child, and is re-employed, upon application they shall be credited with length of service accumulated at time of termination for the purposes of benefits based on service seniority. Location of Services Subcontractor will provide the Services at the following address(es): _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.
Delivery of Services Axon personnel will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., except holidays. Axon will perform all on-site tasks over a consecutive timeframe. Axon will not charge Agency travel time by Axon personnel to Agency premises as work hours.
Standard of Services All services to be rendered by SCM hereunder shall be performed in a professional, competent and timely manner subject to the supervision of the Board of Directors of the Corporation on behalf of the Funds. The details of the operating standards and procedures to be followed by SCM in the performance of the services described above shall be determined from time to time by agreement between SCM and the Corporation.
Performance of Services The Contractor is responsible for fully meeting all obligations set forth in the Contract and for providing Product in accordance with the Contract or any Authorized User Agreement.
