Recorded Music Sample Clauses

The 'Recorded Music' clause defines the terms and conditions governing the use, ownership, and rights associated with music that has been captured in a tangible format, such as audio recordings. This clause typically specifies who holds the copyright to the recordings, how the recordings may be used or distributed, and any royalties or permissions required for their use. By clearly outlining these aspects, the clause helps prevent disputes over intellectual property rights and ensures that all parties understand their obligations and entitlements regarding the recorded music.
