Recordation and Opinions. In the case of any Replacement Airframe and/or Replacement Engines conveyed to Lessor under this Section 10.l, promptly upon the registration of the Replacement Aircraft and the recordation of the Lease Supplement and Indenture and Trust Supplement covering the Replacement Airframe and Replacement Engines, if any, pursuant to the Act, Lessee will cause to be delivered to Lessor an opinion of Daugxxxxx, Xxwlxx & Xerexxxx xx other FAA counsel satisfactory to Lessor as to the due registration of the Replacement Aircraft and the due recordation of such Lease Supplement and Indenture and Trust Supplement.

Recordation and Opinions. Promptly after the recordation of the Lease Supplement covering any such Replacement Engine pursuant to the Federal Aviation Act (or in case the Aircraft was at the time of the Event of Loss subject to registration under the laws of a country other than the United States, pursuant to the laws of such country), Lessee shall cause to be delivered to Lessor an opinion of counsel reasonably satisfactory to Lessor as to the due recordation of such Lease Supplement pursuant to the Act (or such other laws).
Recordation and Opinions. In the case of any Replacement Engine conveyed to Lessor under this Section 10.2, promptly upon the recordation of the Lease Supplement and any supplement or amendment to the Mortgage covering such Replacement Engine pursuant to the Act, Lessee will cause to be delivered to Lessor and Lender an opinion of Xxxxxxx X. Boston & Associates or other FAA counsel satisfactory to Lessor as to the due recordation of such Lease Supplement and any such supplement or amendment to the Mortgage.

In the case of any Replacement Engine conveyed under this Section 10.2, promptly upon the recordation of the Lease Supplement covering such Replacement Engine pursuant to the Act, Lessee will cause to be delivered to Lessor an opinion of counsel experienced in federal aviation matters and satisfactory to Lessor as to the due recordation of such Lease Supplement as Lessor may require.

In the case of the Replacement Airframe and Replacement Engines conveyed to Lessor (or a Transferee) under this Section 12.01, promptly upon the registration of the Replacement Aircraft and the recordation of the Lease Supplement covering the Replacement Airframe and Replacement Engines pursuant to the Act, Lessee will cause to be delivered to Lessor an opinion of counsel satisfactory to Lessor as to the due registration of the Replacement Aircraft and the due recordation of such Lease Supplement and Indenture Supplement.

In the case of any Replacement Engine conveyed to any Lessor under this Section 12.02, promptly upon the recordation of the Lease Supplement and Indenture Supplement covering such Replacement Engine pursuant to the Act, Lessee will cause to be delivered to Lessor an opinion of counsel satisfactory to Lessor as to the due recordation of such Lease Supplement and Indenture Supplement.
