Record Plans. Throughout the Project, Contractor shall maintain records of all deviations from the Contract Plans and Specifications and shall prepare record drawings showing correctly and accurately all changes and deviations from the Work made during construction to reflect the Project as it was actually constructed. These drawings shall conform to recognized standards of drafting, shall be neat and legible. Contractor shall be liable to County for the cost to develop record drawings upon Contractor’s failure or refusal to provide same in a timely manner. Contractor shall keep one copy of the record of all drawings, specifications, addenda, modifications, and shop drawings at the site in good order and annotated to show all changes made during the construction process. These documents shall be available to County at all times.
