Record of service. 9.3.1 Each employee on leaving or being discharged from her/his employment shall, on request, be given as soon as practicable, a certificate in writing signed by the employer and stating the position held and the length of service.

Record of service. 21.1 An employee whose services are terminated, for any cause whatsoever, may request a record of service from his employer.
Record of service. 26.01 The Employer shall provide each employee with an electronic statement of the number of sick leave and vacation leave credits to which the employee was entitled as of the preceding December thirty-first of that year. Prior to the first of April of each year, the Employer shall provide the Union with a list showing the names of its members.
