Record of Processing Activities. 1. The Controller shall maintain a record of processing activities under its responsibility. This record contains the name and contact details of the Controller, the purpose of the processing, a description of the categories of Data Subjects and the categories of personal data.
Record of Processing Activities. (ROPA) If required by applicable law, each Controller and/or Processor within Kaduu shall maintain a Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) which shall contain the following information: (1) the name and contact details of the controller and, where applicable, the joint controller, the controller's representative and the data protection officer; (2) the purposes of the processing; (3) a description of the categories of data subjects and of the categories of personal data; (4) the categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed including the categories of recipients in third countries or international organisations; (5) where applicable, transfers of personal data to a third country or an international organisation, including the identification of that third country or international organisation and, in the case Suitable safeguards are required for data transfers by the applicable data protection laws, such safeguards; (6) where possible, the envisaged time limits for erasure of the different categories of data; (7) where possible, a general description of the technical and organisational security measures referred to in in the applicable data protection law. The register for storing the Records of Processing Activities is centrally hosted by the GDPC and is maintained on a regular basis by the local DPO/DPC in charge. Any new Processing activities which may have an effect on the content of the ROPA (e.g. new tools processing Personal Data) shall be reported to the local DPO/DPC in Charge as soon as possible.
Record of Processing Activities. Each Party shall maintain a record of its Processing activities under the Agreement that includes the following information:
Record of Processing Activities. The Supplier shall maintain a record of all categories of processing activities carried out on behalf of Customer, containing: the name and contact details of Supplier and Customer on behalf of which the Supplier is acting, and, if applicable, the data protection officer; the categories of processing carried out on behalf of Customer; where applicable, transfers of Personal Data to a third country or an international organisation, including the identification of that third country or international organisation and, the documentation of suitable safeguards; where possible, a general description of the technical and organisational security measures adopted.
Record of Processing Activities. THE PROCESSOR undertakes to keep a record of all processing activities carried out on behalf of Tax Consult in accordance with Applicable Data Protection Law. Audit: THE PROCESSOR shall permit Tax Consult (or its appointed third-party auditors) to audit THE PROCESSOR's compliance with this Agreement, and shall make available to Tax Consult all information, systems and staff necessary for Tax Consult (or its third-party auditors) to conduct such audit. THE PROCESSOR acknowledges that Tax Consult (or its third party auditors) may enter its premises for the purposes of conducting this audit, provided that Tax Consult gives it reasonable prior notice of its intention to audit, conducts its audit during normal business hours, and takes all reasonable measures to prevent unnecessary disruption to THE PROCESSOR's operations. Tax Consult will not exercise its audit rights more than once in any twelve (12) calendar month period, except (i) if and when required by instruction of a competent data protection authority; or (ii) Tax Consult believes a further audit is necessary due to a Security Incident suffered by THE PROCESSOR. THE PROCESSOR shall also respond to any written audit questions submitted to it by Tax Consult, provided that Tax Consult shall not exercise this right more than once per year.
Record of Processing Activities. NTT DATA SPAIN shall keep a record of all the types of processing activities carried out on behalf of the Client or, where applicable, the Third Party, which shall contain: • The name and contact details of the processor or processors and each controller on whose behalf the processor is acting and, where applicable, the representative of the controller or the processor and the data protection officer. • The types of processing carried out on behalf of each controller. • Where applicable, the personal data transfers made to a third country or international organisation, including the identification details of the said third country or international organisation and, where applicable, documentation that accredits the adoption of the proper guarantees. • A general description of the technical and organisational security measures applied.
Record of Processing Activities. Where required by applicable Data Protection Requirements, Provider and, where applicable, Provider Parties will maintain a written record of their Processing activities (including in electronic form) for Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information carried out in connection with the Services. Such record will include: i Name and contact details of the Processor or Processors and of each Controller on behalf of which Provider is acting, and, where applicable, of any sub-processors (Provider Parties) and where applicable, of the Controller and Processor’s representative, and the Processor’s data protection officer; ii the categories of Processing carried out on Adobe’s behalf; iii where applicable, transfers of Personal Information to a Third Country or an international organization, including the identification of that Third Country or international organization, and the documentation of appropriate safeguards; and iv where possible, a general description of the technical and organizational security measures.
Record of Processing Activities. Basware maintains a record of all categories of Personal Data processing that are subject to the Regulation, carried out on behalf of Customer. This record contains the information as required by the Regulation.
Record of Processing Activities. Supplier shall prepare and record its Personal Data Processing activities, either in writing or electronic form. Such record shall at least contain the information on the types of Data Subject, Personal Data collected and Processed, purposes of collection, and any other information as may be required by the applicable Data Protection Laws from time to time. The Supplier shall make available the record relating to the Processing activities contemplated under the Agreement for examination by Pfizer when reasonably requested.

The contractor shall maintain a record of all categories of processing activities carried out on behalf of the Embassy, containing, among other details, the categories of processing carried out on behalf of each controller; the transfers of personal data to a third country or an international organisation, including the identification of that third country or international organisation and, in the case of transfers referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 49(1) GDPR, the documentation of suitable safeguards; and, lastly, where possible, a general description of the technical and organisational security measures referred in the previous section.
