Record and Report Days. Three ½-days for records and reports will be on the District’s calendar. No deviations from the published calendar of the College Place School District shall be made accept by mutual consent of the District and the Association. Tentative agreement of the first day of school for the succeeding year shall be reached by May 1st of each school year. This time limit may be extended by mutual consent.

  • Financial Records and Reports Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Participant’s relevant financial records associated with this Agreement shall not be subject to examination or audit by NASA.
