Common use of Reconciliation and Adjustment of Inventories Clause in Contracts

Reconciliation and Adjustment of Inventories. Reconciliation of inventory with the Operating Account shall be made and a list of overages and shortages shall be furnished to SOC. Inventory adjustments shall be made by Contractor and Operator to the Operating Account if required; provided, however, that any inventory adjustment exceeding a value of ten thousand USD (US$10,000) shall be reported to SOC.
