Recomputation and Payment Adjustments. (a) If Seller or SCE determines that a calculation of Qualified Amounts, Metered Amounts, CAISO Revenues, Negative LMP Costs, CAISO Costs, CAISO Sanctions, [RA Deficit Payments] {SCE Comment: FCDS projects only.}, Subscribed Delivered Energy, Unsubscribed Delivered Energy, or SCE Penalties is incorrect as a result of inaccurate meters, the correction of data by the CAISO in OMAR, or a recalculation of CAISO Sanctions or other amounts owing between the Parties, Customer, Seller or SCE, as the case may be, shall promptly recompute the Qualified Amounts, Metered Amounts, CAISO Revenues, Negative LMP Costs, CAISO Costs, CAISO Sanctions, [RA Deficit Payments] {SCE Comment: FCDS projects only.}, SCE Penalties Subscribed Delivered Energy, Unsubscribed Delivered Energy, or other amounts for the period of the inaccuracy based upon an adjustment of inaccurate meter readings, correction of data or recalculation of CAISO Sanctions in accordance with the CAISO Tariff and any payment or xxxx credit affected by the adjustment or correction.

Recomputation and Payment Adjustments. (a) If Seller or Anaheim determines that a calculation of Metered Amounts, CAISO Charges, or Anaheim Penalties is incorrect as a result of inaccurate meters, the correction of data by the CAISO in OMAR, or a recalculation of CAISO Charges or other amounts owing between the Parties, Seller or Anaheim, as the case may be, shall promptly recompute the Metered Amounts, CAISO Charges, Anaheim Penalties or other amounts for the period of the inaccuracy based upon an adjustment of inaccurate meter readings, correction of data or recalculation of CAISO Charges in accordance with the CAISO Tariff and any payment affected by the adjustment or correction.

In the event SCE determines that a calculation of Metered Amounts, CAISO Sanctions or SCE Penalties is incorrect as a result of inaccurate meters, the correction of data by the CAISO in OMAR, or a recalculation of CAISO Sanctions by the CAISO, SCE shall promptly recompute Metered Amounts, CAISO Sanctions or SCE Penalties for the period of the inaccuracy based upon an adjustment of inaccurate meter readings, correction of data or recalculation of CAISO Sanctions in accordance with the CAISO Tariff. SCE shall also promptly recompute any payment affected by any meter or CAISO Sanction or SCE Penalty inaccuracy.
