Recommendations. Based on its Findings, the Plant Training Committee shall develop a comprehensive training program, including a detailed implementation plan and all necessary resources for administration, implementation, delivery and evaluation (Training Program) designed to, on a practical and timely basis, meet the commitments outlined in Paragraph 1 above.
