Common use of Recognized Clause in Contracts

Recognized. teaching experience includes full or regular part-time teaching in an elementary or secondary school operating under the jurisdiction of a school board or school authority established under legislation of a Province of Canada or the Government of Canada.

Recognized. teaching experience also includes full or regular part-time teaching in an elementary or secondary school operating under the jurisdiction of a school board or school authority established under legislation of a Province of Canada or the Government government outside of Canada, where the board recognizes such experience as equivalent to experience described in b) above.
