Common use of RECOGNITION Clause in Contracts

RECOGNITION. 1.01 The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agency for all bargaining unit employees with respect to rates of pay, hours of work, and conditions of employment during the life of this agreement.

RECOGNITION. 1.01 (3) The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agency agent for all bargaining unit its employees with respect to rates of paywages, hours of work, and conditions of employment during the life of this agreementworking conditions.
