RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. Section 1. Recognition: In accordance with the P.E.L.R.A., the School Board recognizes Service Employees International Union Local 284, SEIU, as the exclusive representative for custodial, maintenance and grounds employees employed by the School Board of Independent School District No. 720, which exclusive representative shall have those rights and duties as prescribed by the P.E.L.R.A. and as described in the provisions of the Agreement.
