Common use of RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE Clause in Contracts

RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. Section 1. Recognition: In accordance with P.E.L.R.A., the District recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative of teachers employed by the District which exclusive representative shall have those rights and duties as prescribed by P.E.L.R.A. and as described in the provisions of this Agreement.
