Recognition and Unit Description. Section 1. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for the purposes of collective bargaining relative to wages, pay related benefits and other conditions of employment of all employees of the unit. The Employer and the Union agree not to discriminate against employees covered by this Agreement on account of membership or non-membership in the Union.
