RECOGNITION AND SCOPE OF UNIT. Section 1.1 - The Company recognizes NABET as the exclusive representative of all of the technical employees of the Company assigned to the unit which operates the video equipment, audio equipment and video tape machines located in the scoreboard control room and the Great Hall associated with the control of the scoreboards and video boards at Yankee Stadium (hereinafter “Operators”). Excluded are operators of manual scoreboards, rotational signage and closed caption screens as well as any employees of any subcontractor. All other employees of the Company, including guards, professional employees, and supervisors, as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, also are excluded from this unit.
RECOGNITION AND SCOPE OF UNIT. 2.1: Exclusivity: The Administration recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for the members of the bargaining unit described below. Exclusive recognition means that the Administration will not deal with any other organization or any individual in a manner or for a purpose inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. Individual contracts of employment with members of the bargaining unit shall in all respects be consistent with this Agreement, which shall be deemed incorporated by reference in such individual contracts.   • RECOGNITION OF UNION Clause 2.01 The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all employees of Greater Sudbury Hydro Plus Incorporated in respect of hours of work, wages and working conditions save and except non-union supervisors, persons above the rank of non-union supervisor, and staff employed in a confidential capacity in matters relating to Labour Relations. Clause 2.06 No person shall be required as a condition of employment to become or remain a member of any Union or other organization. Clause 2.07 The Employer shall, for direct collective bargaining prior to Conciliation, pay the normal wages and benefits for maximum of three (3) employees who are members of the Union Negotiating Committee for a total of one hundred and twenty (120) hours and thereafter pay fifty percent (50%) of normal wages and full benefits.

  • Allocation and use of scarce resources Any procedures for the allocation and use of scarce resources, including frequencies, numbers and rights of way, will be carried out in an objective, timely, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The current state of allocated frequency bands will be made publicly available, but detailed identification of frequencies allocated for specific government uses is not required.

  • Recognition and Negotiation 3.01 The Division recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 2348 as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Division set forth in the Manitoba Labour Board Certificate No. MLB 5017 dated the 4th day of February, 1994, and for those employees for whom the Division and the Union from time to time mutually agree upon.
