Classifications may be added to or deleted from the exclusion listing above by mutual agreement between the parties. Where agreement cannot be reached the matter shall be referred to the Manitoba Labour Board by either party. Where new classifications are to be introduced, the Employer agrees to enter into negotiations with the Union for the purpose of establishing appropriate salary schedules. Where agreement cannot be reached on an appropriate salary, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with Article 7.
