Recognition and Representation. Section 1: Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Employee-Management Relations Act (NRS 288 inclusive) the CITY OF XXXXXXXXX, NEVADA, a local government employer (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), recognizes the GENERAL SALES DRIVERS, DELIVERY DRIVERS, AND REPRESENTING THE PUBLIC SECTOR, LOCAL NO. 14, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the "UNION") as the Bargaining Agent for eligible employees as hereinafter defined for the purpose of collective bargaining. The UNION makes this Agreement in the capacity of the Bargaining Agent for the CITY's employees in the hereinafter described Bargaining Unit classified as Supervisors.
Recognition and Representation. 1. The Union is the exclusive representative of all bargaining unit employees and has a right to be represented in negotiations, formal discussions, and meetings between employees and the Agency that concern conditions of employment, grievances, personnel policies and practices, or any other matter affecting general working conditions regardless of whether employees desire Union representation, to include during meetings conducted for the purpose of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) such as mediation.
Recognition and Representation. 2.01 The Corporation recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses employed in a nursing capacity at Rideaucrest Home For The Aged, at Kingston, save and except the Director of Care and persons above the rank of Director of Care.

The right to meet and confer will apply to all levels of management within the PEC ILE and within the Union, starting with the Union Xxxxxxx and the first level supervisor. It is the intent of the Parties to meet and confer at the lowest level for problem resolution. If the Parties at the initial point of contact feel resolution of a matter is outside their jurisdiction, the matter will be referred to a higher level. This includes Agency sponsored Committees/Meetings dealing with the subject at hand.
Recognition and Representation. 2.1 The City and County of Denver recognizes the right of the Fraternal Order of Police, Denver Sheriff Lodge 27 to represent Denver Sheriff Deputies, Denver Sheriff Sergeants, and Denver Sheriff Captains (hereinafter referred to as “Employees”) as the sole and exclusive bargaining Agent for the purpose of negotiations pursuant to Section 9.9 of the Charter and under the terms of this Agreement.

Recognition and Representation. The Village recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all sworn full-time firefighters below the rank of captain, but excluding all sworn firefighters in the rank of captain and above, any employees excluded from the definition of firefighter as defined in Section 1603(g-l) of the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act, and all other managerial, supervisory, confidential and professional employees as defined by the Act, as amended.
