Integration and Modification This agreement includes the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements regarding the same subject. The agreement may be modified only by a written agreement signed by authorized representative of the parties.
TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION A. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m., June 30, 2023.

STATE’S ABILITY TO MODIFY SCOPE OF MASTER CONTRACT Subject to mutual agreement between the parties, Enterprise Services reserves the right to modify the goods and/or services included in this Master Contract; Provided, however, that any such modification shall be effective only upon thirty (30) days advance written notice; and Provided further, that any such modification must be within the scope of this Master Contract.
Merger and Modification This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No understandings, agreements or representations, oral or written, not specified within this Contract will be valid provisions of this Contact. This Contract may not be modified, supplemented or amended, in any manner, except by written agreement signed by all necessary parties.

A Party may make rectifications of a purely formal nature to its coverage under this Chapter, or minor amendments to its Schedules in Annex XVI, provided that it notifies the other Parties in writing and no Party objects in writing within 45 days from the receipt of the notification. A Party that makes such a rectification or minor amendment need not provide compensatory adjustments to the other Parties.
