RECOGNITION AND MEMBERSHIP. 20 2.1 The Hospital recognizes the Association as the collective bargaining 21 representative with respect to rate of pay, hours of work, and other conditions 22 of employment for a bargaining unit composed of all registered nurses 23 employed by the Hospital only at 13th and May Streets, Hood River, Oregon, 24 and no other location as general duty nurses, but excluding administrative 25 and supervisory personnel and nurses employed exclusively in the following 26 departments and areas: Admissions, Physical Therapy, EEG, Anesthesia, 27 Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Occupational Therapy, Quality Assurance, 28 Utilization Review, Nursing Education, Dietary, Medical Records, Personnel, 29 Doctor's Offices, and Housekeeping. Should the Hospital move nurses 30 currently within the bargaining unit to a location contiguous with the Hospital 31 property but not specifically located at 13th and May Streets, those positions 32 will remain within the bargaining unit.
