RECOGNITION AND DEFINITIONS. 2.01 (a) Full-time The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole bargaining agent of all registered and graduate nurses employed in a nursing capacity by the District Municipality of Muskoka at its Home for the Aged (The Pines) in Bracebridge, Ontario, save and except Assistant Director of Care, persons above the rank of Assistant Director of Care and persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week.
