RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 1.1. Pursuant to RCW 41.56, the Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative for all regular full-time and regular part-time employees, certified by the Public Employment Relations Commission as set forth in Case Number 7934-A dated March 12, 2003, and all those subsequently certified or recognized as being in the same unit (including the Shipping Department). See Appendix A for listing of included classifications. Supervisory and confidential employees shall be excluded. The bargaining unit status of new positions will be resolved by mutual agreement or by applicable procedures through the Public Employment Relations Commission.
