RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 2.1 The City hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative, for the purposes stated in RCW 41.56, for the bargaining unit as defined by the Public Employment Relations Commission certification contained in Appendix A of this Agreement.

Section 2.1 The City hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative, representative for the purposes stated in Chapter 41.56 RCW 41.56, for as last amended of all employees within the bargaining unit as units defined by the Public Employment Relations Commission certification contained classifications listed in the Appendices to this Agreement; namely, Appendix A of this Agreement-Supervisors' Unit, and Appendix B - Technical Unit.
