Reclassification of Current Classifications a) If an Employee or the Union believes that due to changes in the duties or responsibilities of a position, an Employee is improperly classified, the Employee or the Union may request a reclassification review in writing to the department head.

  • Reclassifications A reclassification of the Common Stock (other than any such reclassification in connection with a merger or consolidation to which Section 9(e) applies) into shares of any other class of stock shall be deemed:
