Common use of Reclassification, Exchange, Combinations or Substitution Clause in Contracts

Reclassification, Exchange, Combinations or Substitution. Subject to the provisions of the Warrant, in the event of any recapitalization, reclassification, exchange, substitution, combination, reorganization, merger, consolidation, liquidation or similar transaction or other event that results in the Ordinary Shares A being converted into or exchanged for securities, cash or property, the Registered Holder shall be entitled to receive, upon exercise of the Warrant, the number and kind of securities and property that the Registered Holder would have received for such number of Ordinary Shares A to which the Registered Holder would have been entitled if the Warrant had been exercised immediately before such event, except in the event of a Fundamental Transaction (as defined below) pursuant to Section 4.6.
