RECITALS AND PRINCIPLES. Frontier is a telecommunications company authorized to provide telecommunications services in the State of Oregon; and Carrier is a telecommunications company authorized by the Commission to provide local exchange telecommunications services in the State of Oregon; and The Parties have in good faith negotiated, and agreed on local Interconnection terms and conditions as set forth below; and In consideration of the mutual provisions contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Carrier and Frontier hereby covenant and agree as follows:

Frontier is a telecommunications company authorized to provide telecommunications services in the State of Oregon; and MetTel is a telecommunications company authorized by the Commission to provide local exchange telecommunications services in the State of Oregon; and The Parties have in good faith negotiated, and agreed on local Interconnection terms and conditions as set forth below; and In consideration of the mutual provisions contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, MetTel and Frontier hereby covenant and agree as follows:
RECITALS AND PRINCIPLES. CITIZENS and XXXXXXXXX are a local exchange carriers (“LECs”) authorized to provide telecommunications services in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; and The nature of the interconnection arrangement between the Parties established pursuant to this Agreement is of mutual benefit to both Parties and is intended to fulfill their needs to exchange local traffic; and The Parties have in good faith negotiated, and agreed on terms and conditions for the exchange of traffic and local interconnection as set forth below; and Notwithstanding the mutual commitments contained in this Agreement, the Parties nevertheless enter into this Agreement without prejudice to any positions they have taken previously, or may take in the future in any legislative, regulatory, judicial or other public forum addressing any matters, including matters related specifically to this Agreement, or other types of arrangements prescribed in this Agreement; provided, however, that this Agreement shall remain binding on the parties. In consideration of the mutual provisions contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, CITIZENS and XXXXXXXXX hereby covenant and agree as follows:

Frontier is a telecommunications company authorized to provide telecommunications services in the State of Utah; and Carrier is a telecommunications company authorized by the Commission to provide local exchange telecommunications services in the State of Utah limited to Frontier’s Moab exchange only; and The Parties have in good faith negotiated, and agreed on local Interconnection terms and conditions as set forth below; and In consideration of the mutual provisions contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Carrier and Frontier hereby covenant and agree as follows:

Frontier is a telecommunications company authorized to provide telecommunications services in the State of New York; and BUB is a telecommunications company authorized by the Commission to provide local exchange telecommunications services in the State of New York; and The Parties have in good faith negotiated, and agreed on local Interconnection terms and conditions as set forth below; and In consideration of the mutual provisions contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, BUB and Frontier hereby covenant and agree as follows:
