Common use of Reciprocity Agreements Clause in Contracts

Reciprocity Agreements. The Trustees, in their sole discretion, may enter into such reciprocity agreement or agreements with other health and welfare funds as they determine to be in the best interests of the EPB Fund, provided that any such reciprocity agreement or agreements shall not be inconsistent with the terms of this Trust Agreement or the collective bargaining agreements or participation agreements under which this Trust Agreement is maintained or to the applicable provisions of the Act. Section 8.3.

Reciprocity Agreements.
