RECIPROCITY AGREEMENT. If Local 302 enters into a reciprocity agreement with a sister local outside the jurisdiction of the agreement providing that an Employer covered by this Agreement may bring its key employees with it into Local 302's jurisdiction, said Employer shall be permitted to make contributions to the sister local trust funds on behalf of its key employees. In the event the total contributions under this Agreement are higher than the total applicable sister Local contribution rate, the difference shall be paid to the employee as a part of his/her wages.
RECIPROCITY AGREEMENT. If an employee is injured on the job as a direct result of a violent action taken against him by a private individual(s), he shall have the first right to take civil action against said individual(s). However, if the employee does not wish to take civil action, he shall assign that right on request to the City who then shall have the right to proceed with civil action. Expenses for action by the City shall be the burden of the City as well as any revenue derived from such action shall revert to the City.
RECIPROCITY AGREEMENT. (A) An apprenticeship program shall be accorded registration or approval reciprocity by the council at the request of the sponsoring entity, where that entity is jointly formed on a multi-state basis by employers and unions in other than the building and construction industry and the program is registered pursuant to all requirements of division 5101:11 of the Administrative Code by any recognized state apprenticeship agency/council or by the office of apprenticeship.
RECIPROCITY AGREEMENT. Buyer and Seller shall cause their Affiliates to endeavor in good faith to enter into reciprocity agreements regarding the provision or arrangement of health care in various states. Failure to enter into such arrangements before or after the Closing shall not be a condition, covenant, representation, warranty, obligation or otherwise give any party any right or remedy with respect to this Agreement.
RECIPROCITY AGREEMENT. The Trustees may, from time to time, enter into Reciprocity Agreements with other Pension Funds. This will allow transfers back to the Home Local of contributions generated by a Participant for work in the jurisdiction of a Pension Plan which is not his Home Local, and vice versa.
RECIPROCITY AGREEMENT. Any agency that agrees to perform record entry/update and/or hit confirmation functions on behalf of another agency must enter into a written agreement or a letter of agreement (see Exhibit G for an example of a Reciprocity Agreement). The written agreement or letter of agreement must be signed by the head of each agency and a copy must be submitted to the CA DOJ. The written agreement or letter of agreement shall be updated when the head of the agency changes or immediately upon request from the CA DOJ. An agency may request and use Time Activated Message Forwarding (TAMF) if needed in the performance of these functions. (TAMF is further described in section 2.2 of the CLETS Operating Manual.)
