Reciprocal Provisions. The obligations and agreements of the Applicant set forth in Sections 10.10, 10.11, 10.16 and 10.17 in the Credit Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis in this Guarantee Agreement to the Guarantor to the same extent as such provisions apply to the Applicant under the Credit Agreement. Reciprocal Provisions. Company agrees to similarly hold and keep confidential all information and data owned by Contractor and Contractor Group pursuant to Clause 26.3. The rights and obligations of Contractor set out in Clause 35.1 with respect to all Company confidential information shall likewise be deemed to apply to Company with respect to Contractor confidential information as if incorporated, mutatis mutandis, in this Clause 35.2 for the benefit of Contractor Group.
