Reciprocal Agreement. All of the conditions to closing set forth in Section 9.1 of the Reciprocal Agreement for the benefit of the purchaser thereunder shall have been satisfied or waived.
Reciprocal Agreement. The secretary may waive all or part of the examination requirements provided for in sections 206.6 and 206.7 on a reciprocal basis with any other state which has substantially the same standards. [C75, 77, 79, 81, §206.17]

Reciprocal Agreement. This article shall be contingent upon a reciprocal agreement at the other facility, if necessary.
Reciprocal Agreement. In the event the Company requires access to confidential information regarding you in order to assess a possible Transaction with you, you and the Company agree to enter into a reciprocal agreement governing the use of such confidential information on such terms as are mutually agreed to between you and the Company.
Reciprocal Agreement. Reciprocal Agreements permit the payment of certain fringe benefit contributions to the home area of any employee temporarily working in this jurisdiction. Reciprocity payments shall be made in accordance with such Reciprocal Agreements that are agreed to by the Trustees of each Trust. Where Reciprocal Agreements relating to any Trust mentioned in this Agreement are entered into, the Trustees of said Trust are authorized to pay to or collect from the trust funds associated with other local unions in accordance with the Reciprocal Agreement.
Reciprocal Agreement. (a) The commissioner is authorized to enter into agreements with the federal Department of the Treasury that provide for offsetting state payments against federal nontax obligations. Except as provided in paragraph (d), the commissioner may charge a fee of $20 per transaction for such offsets and may collect this offset fee from the debtor by deducting it from the state payment. The agreement may provide for offsetting federal payments, as authorized by federal law, against state tax and nontax obligations, and collecting the offset cost from the debtor. The agreement shall provide that the federal Department of the Treasury may deduct a fee from each administrative offset and state payment offset. Setoffs to collect state and other entity obligations under this chapter and chapters 270A and 270C, and any other provision of Minnesota Statutes occur before a state payment offset. For purposes of this paragraph "administrative offset" is any offset of federal payments to collect state debts and "state payment offset" is any offset of state payments to collect federal nontax debts.
Reciprocal Agreement. On or before the Initial Effective Date, Operator and AirTouch will enter into and maintain in effect during the term specified therein (and to the extent provided in Section 4(b)), a roaming agreement in the form of attached EXHIBIT C covering Operator's System and all AirTouch Systems designated therein, which agreement will provide for mutual roaming rights between Operator's System and each such AirTouch Systems (the "Roaming Agreement"). The Roaming Agreement will provide for an initial rate per billable minute of $0.40 for each party. On each anniversary of this agreement (each a "Reset Date") the roaming rate that the Home Carrier pays to the Serving Carrier (each as defined in the Roaming Agreement) shall be recalculated by multiplying the rate then in effect for such Home Carrier by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the product of the total billable minutes (less all minutes attributable to fraud) of customers of the Home Carrier system roaming in the markets of the Serving Carrier during the twelve month period ending on the date that is twelve months prior to the Reset Date (the "Total Billable Minutes") multiplied by 1.1, and the denominator of which shall be the Total Billable Minutes of customers of the Home Carrier system roaming in the markets of the Serving Carrier during the twelve month period ending on the Reset Date, provided that in no event will the applicable roaming rate (i) be reduced on any given Reset Date by more than 10% or (ii) be increased.
Reciprocal Agreement. The Board of Trustees of the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters Millmen Pension Fund entered into the International Reciprocal Funds Agreement (“Reciprocal Agreement”) for Carpenters Pension Funds and adopted Exhibit A only, to be effective January 1, 1984.
