Reception Area. Developer shall provide an approximately 300-square-foot total 4 receptionist space with a waiting area with seating for at least four visitors, arranged with 5 a reception area at a nominal 14 feet x 14 feet (196 square feet) and visitors’ waiting 6 area at a nominal 8 feet x 12 feet (96 square feet). Developer and ADOT will jointly 7 determine other furniture. The reception area must include a telephone switch board.
Reception Area a. The ADRC shall have a reception area where customers are greeted and may wait for services. The reception area may be shared with other entities but must be clearly identified and recognizable as the reception and waiting area for the ADRC.

Reception Area. Landlord has agreed to allow Tenant to locate a reception desk in the lobby area of the Building in a mutually acceptable location. The design and installation of the reception desk will be subject to Landlord's approval, not to be unreasonably withheld. Tenant will pay annual rental of $19.50 per square foot of rentable area occupied by the reception desk for months 1-60 of the lease term, and $22.25 per square foot of rentable area for months 61-84. Basic rental set forth in Paragraph 1(e) and the monthly rental installment set forth in Paragraph l(f) will be increased to cover reception area rental described herein as long as such reception area is required by Tenant. Tenant must, at its sole cost and expense, restore the lobby area at such time as Tenant chooses to eliminate the lobby reception desk.
Reception Area. The parties will enter into a lease, at the same per-square-foot rate currently in effect between the parties for the BOk Tower, for a reception area to be constructed as part of the corridor connection to be constructed by WHBC between the BOk Tower and the Center pursuant to agreements currently in effect between the parties.
Reception Area. (1) The auxiliary counters are not accessible. Provide a counter on an accessible route such that a portion of the counter is at least 36 inches wide and no more than 36 inches above the finished floor, or provide an auxiliary counter with a maximum height of 36 inches in close proximity to the main counter, or provide equivalent facilitation. Equivalent facilitation may be provided in the form of a folding shelf attached to the main counter, an auxiliary table nearby, a clip board made available to the public, or other means. Standards §§ 4.1.1(2), 7.2(2), 4.1.3(1), 4.3.
Reception Area. As needed and if available, a desk for sign-ups for membership activities and excursions.
Reception Area. If Tenant elects to lease the Reception Area (the “Reception Area”), as outlined in Exhibit B after December 31.2002, Tenant shall give written notice to Landlord by December 15, 2002 and Landlord shall install a mutually agreed upon demising wall and entrance at Tenant’s costs. If Tenant elects to vacate the Reception Area Tenant must do so by December 31, 2002 and Landlord will adjust the square footage of the New Demised Premises by the square footage of the Reception Area.
