Common use of Receiving Party Personnel Clause in Contracts

Receiving Party Personnel. The receiving Party will limit access to the Confidential Information of the disclosing Party to those of its employees, attorneys, representatives and contractors that have a need to know such information in order for the receiving Party to exercise or perform its rights and obligations under this Agreement and any Ancillary Document (the “Receiving Party Personnel”). The Receiving Party Personnel who have access to any Confidential Information of the disclosing Party will be made aware of the confidentiality provision of this Agreement, and will be required to abide by the terms thereof.

Receiving Party Personnel. The receiving Party will limit access to the Confidential Information of the disclosing Party to those of its employees, attorneys, representatives and contractors that have a need to know such information in order for the receiving Party to exercise or perform its rights and obligations under this Agreement and any Ancillary Document (the “Receiving Party Personnel”). The Receiving Party Personnel who have access to any Confidential Information of the disclosing Party will be made aware of the confidentiality provision of this Agreement, and will be required to abide by the terms thereof.

The Receiving Party Personnel who have access to any Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information of the disclosing Party will be made aware of the confidentiality provision of this Agreement, and will be required to abide by the terms thereofas those set forth in Section 4.3.

Receiving Party Personnel. The receiving Receiving Party will limit access to restrict the possession, knowledge, development and use of Confidential Information to its employees and advisors who are bound by a duty of the disclosing Party to those of its employeesconfidentiality (collectively, attorneys, representatives “Personnel”) and contractors that who have a need to know such information Confidential Information in order for connection with the receiving Party to exercise or perform its rights and obligations under this Agreement and any Ancillary Document (the “Receiving Party Personnel”)Purpose. The Receiving Party will ensure that its Personnel who have access to any Confidential Information of the disclosing Party will be made aware of the confidentiality provision of comply with this Agreement, and will be required to abide by the terms thereof.
