Receivables in Force. As of the Cutoff Date, the Servicer’s electronic records related to receivables do not indicate that any Receivable was satisfied, subordinated or rescinded, or that any Financed Vehicle was released from the Lien of the related Receivable. As of the Cutoff Date, none of the material terms of any Receivable has been expressly waived, altered or modified in any material respect since its origination, except by instruments or documents identified in the Seller’s receivable system.
