RECEIPT OF REPORT. The Company’s agreement to perform the Inspection is contingent on Client’s agreement to the provisions, terms, conditions and limitations of this Agreement. If this Agreement is not signed by Client prior to or at the time the written Inspection Report is provided to the Client and Client objects to any of the terms of this Agreement, Client shall return the written Inspection Report to the Company within seven (7) days and any fee that has been paid will be refunded to the Client. Failure to return the written Inspection Report and payment of the fee shall constitute the full acceptance of all of the terms of this Agreement by Client.

If this is not signed by the Client prior to or at the time the written Report is provided to the Client and/or the Client objects to any of the terms of this Agreement, Client shall return the written Report to the Company within three (3) days of the signing of the contract, and any fee that has been paid will be refunded to the Client. Failure to return the written Report within (3) days of its receipt and receipt of this contract form shall constitute full acceptance of all the terms of this agreement by the client. I have read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions of this contract and to pay the fee listed on the first page. The client also acknowledges receiving of a copy of this form and has signed this prior to the start of the inspection.

If the Client has not signed this Agreement by the time the Inspection Report is provided and the Client objects to any of the terms of this Agreement, Client shall return the Inspection Report to the Company within seven (7) days, and any fee that has been paid will be refunded to the Client. Failure to return the Inspection Report and payment of the fee shall constitute the full acceptance of all of the terms of this Agreement by Client. Client warrants they will read the entire Inspection Report when received and promptly call with any questions or concerns regarding the Inspection or Inspection Report. The Inspection Report shall be considered the final and exclusive findings of the Inspector regarding the inspection of the property. Client shall not rely on any oral statements made by the Inspector prior to issuance of the Inspection Report.

  • Receipt of Notice For purposes of this provision, the Consultant’s receipt of the written notice of termination will be determined based on the date of actual receipt or based on Subsection 20.2 below, whichever occurs first.

  • RECEIPT OF AGREEMENT Each of the parties hereto acknowledges that it or he has read this Agreement in its entirety and does hereby acknowledge receipt of a fully executed copy thereof. A fully executed copy shall be an original for all purposes, and is a duplicate original.

  • RECEIPT OF WRITTEN NOTICE Department and Concessionaire agree that the receipt of a written notice is considered five (5) calendar days after the date on the said written notice.

  • Copies of Reports So long as the Offered Certificates are outstanding, the Depositor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to each Underwriter (i) copies of each certification, the annual statements of compliance and the annual independent certified public accountants’ servicing reports furnished to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as soon as practicable after such statements and reports are furnished to the Certificate Administrator; (ii) copies of each amendment to any of the Basic Documents; and (iii) copies of all reports or other communications (financial or other) furnished to holders of the Offered Certificates, and copies of any reports and financial statements furnished to or filed with the Commission, any governmental or regulatory authority or any national securities exchange, all of which may be furnished by the posting thereof on the website of the Certificate Administrator.

  • Receipt of Items We reserve the right to reject any Image or Item transmitted through the Service, at our discretion, without liability to you. We are not responsible for Images we do not receive or for Images that are dropped during transmission. An Image of an Item shall be deemed received only when you receive a confirmation from us that we have received the Image and accepted your deposit. However, the confirmation that we send you does not mean that the transmission was complete or error free.

  • Receipt of Deposit All images processed for deposit through Mobile Deposit will be treated as “deposits” under your current Account Agreement with us and will be subject to all terms of the Account Agreement. When we receive an image, we will confirm receipt via email to you. We shall not be deemed to have received the image for deposit until we have confirmed receipt to you. Confirmation does not mean that the image contains no errors. We are not responsible for any image that we do not receive. Following receipt, we may process the image by preparing a “substitute check” or clearing the item as an image. We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to reject any image for remote deposit into your account. We will notify you of rejected images.
