Receipt of Gas. Subject to the terms, limitations, and conditions of this Agreement, Shipper dedicates, and will cause its Affiliates to dedicate, to this Agreement, and agrees, and will cause its Affiliates to agree, to deliver exclusively to the Receipt Points, and Gatherer agrees to accept at the Receipt Points, on a fully interruptible basis, all of Shipper's Gas; provided, however, that Gatherer shall only be obligated to accept on any Day for gathering hereunder that volume of Shipper's Gas which Gatherer determines, in its sole discretion, it has available capacity to receive.
Receipt of Gas. Subject to the terms, limitations, and conditions of this Agreement, Shipper agrees to deliver to the Receipt Points on a best-efforts basis, and Gatherer agrees to accept at the Receipt Points, on a fully interruptible basis, all those volumes of gas made available to Shipper from the Third Party Production Sources; provided, however, that Gatherer shall only be obligated to accept on any Day for gathering hereunder that volume of Shipper's Gas which Gatherer determines, in its sole discretion, it has available capacity to receive.
Receipt of Gas. (a) Only <User> may receive Gas delivered under this Service Agreement by <Service Provider> at a Delivery Point.
Receipt of Gas. Subject to the terms, limitations and conditions of this Agreement, the Resource Entities dedicate, and shall cause their Affiliates and all Investment Programs to dedicate, all of the Resource Entities' Gas to this Agreement; provided, however, that the Resource Entities may reserve a reasonable amount of the Resource Entities' Gas, prior to delivery (a) at the Receipt Points into the Gathering System for fuel to operate the Resource Entities' Xxxxx, (b) at the Receipt Points into the Gathering System for fuel to operate the Resource Entities' facilities and related equipment installed to deliver the Resource Entities' Gas to the MLP and (c) at the Delivery Points for house, royalty or farm gas agreed to be delivered prior to the date hereof or otherwise approved by the MLP subsequent to the date hereof pursuant to Section 5.6.
Receipt of Gas. From and after the Commissioning Period Start Date and through the Commercial Delivery Period, the Company shall receive and purchase Gas tendered for delivery at the Point of Delivery in accordance with the Company’s Gas Orders, except that the Company shall not be obligated to receive any such requested Gas to the extent that, in the Company’s sole judgment, receipt of such quantity of Gas by the Company may:
