Receipt of Consideration. Conexant shall have received the consideration and other items it is entitled to receive pursuant to Section 1.3.
Receipt of Consideration. The Company shall have received from each Participating Investor stock certificates representing the shares of Prior Preferred Stock to be redeemed or exchanged pursuant hereto, accompanied by executed stock powers in acceptable form, and any Prior Warrants of such Participating Investor, as the case may be.
Receipt of Consideration. The Receipted Sum in Item 4 of the Summary/Signature Page of this Lease constitutes a payment of the Minimum or Base Rents and/or other sums required to be paid by Tenant, as consideration for this Lease. And in the event no Receipted Sum is submitted by Tenant or required by Landlord, this Lease shall be voidable at Landlord's sole option and discretion until such time as Tenant pays and Landlord accepts such an initial payment of rent, notwithstanding any other provisions of this Lease or other agreements of the parties.
Receipt of Consideration. The Corporation has received, prior to the date of execution hereof, $8,000 of the consideration to be paid hereunder. Said sum along with the $92,000 to be paid on the Closing Date as set forth in paragraph 3(b) shall constitute all of the cash consideration to be paid hereunder.
Receipt of Consideration. PBT shall have delivered to WinWin a stock certificate registered in the name of WinWin representing the Second Closing PBT Shares, if any.
Receipt of Consideration. PBT shall have delivered to WinWin the original Note, marked cancelled and initialed by an officer of PBT, and a stock certificate registered in the name of WinWin representing the Initial Closing PBT Shares.

Pavaco shall have received the cash portion of the Purchase Price as set forth in SECTION 2.4(a), Pavaco shall have received the stock portion of the Purchase Price as set forth in SECTION 2.4(c) and J. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx shall have each received CDN$200,000 respecting the Non-Competition Agreements, in the form attached as Exhibit E executed by each of them in favour of Buyer.
Receipt of Consideration. Where the purchaser has made a deposit in accordance with Section 5(a), the Shareholder shall be entitled to receive the consideration for the Shares deposited with the designated bank, without interest, upon delivery to the Company of (i) the certificates or other instruments representing the Shares duly endorsed for transfer in the manner required by this Agreement and (ii) any other document required under Section 5(a) to be delivered by the Shareholder at the closing including, without limitation, the release or discharge of any encumbrance relating to the Shares being sold.
Receipt of Consideration. The Company shall have received by ------------------------ certified official bank check or wire transfer (to the Company or as directed by the Company) the consideration specified in Section 1.2 hereof and no less than seventy percent (70%) of such consideration shall actually be provided directly by Vector and not by any other third party, whether introduced to the Company by Vector or otherwise.
