RECAPTURE OF FUNDS. 26.1 In the event that the Contractor fails to perform this contract in accordance with state laws and/or the provisions of this contract, the Department reserves the right to recapture funds in an amount to compensate the Department for the noncompliance in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
