Recall to Work when On Call. An Employee, who is required to be on call and who is recalled to work, will be paid for a minimum of four hours work at the appropriate overtime rate. Where the Employee is not required to attend the workplace and the question can be resolved by telephone or other method, 1 hour shall be paid for each occasion. An Employee who is recalled to work will not be obliged to work for four hours if the work for which the Employee was recalled is completed within a shorter period.
Recall to Work when On Call. (1) Employees may be recalled to work outside of their ordinary hours or on a day that they are not rostered to work. Other than in relation to an airport emergency an Employee recalled to work will be paid at the applicable overtime rates.

  • Recall to Duty Where the Employer recalls an Employee to perform work the Employee will be paid for a minimum for 3 hours work in accordance with the overtime provisions in clause 269 (Overtime) of this Appendix. If work continues for more than the initial 3 hours, the Employee will be paid for the actual time worked in accordance with the overtime provisions in clause 269 (Overtime) of this Appendix. If an Employee is recalled to duty within 3 hours of ceasing a previous work period, the total work period prior to re‑commencement of the work on the recall will be included in calculating the hours of duty for the day, and will also be included for the purposes of calculating a 16 hour work period.
