Where the Employee is not required to attend the workplace and the question can be resolved by telephone or other method, 1 hour shall be paid for each occasion. An Employee who is recalled to work will not be obliged to work for four hours if the work for which the Employee was recalled is completed within a shorter period.
Recall to Work when On Call. (1) Employees may be recalled to work outside of their ordinary hours or on a day that they are not rostered to work. Other than in relation to an airport emergency an Employee recalled to work will be paid at the applicable overtime rates.
