Recall Requirements. Where the employee has no telephone, the onus shall be on the employee to contact the Employer at frequent intervals during layoffs in order to ensure the maximum opportunity for employment. If at the commencement of the season an employee has not been notified, through no fault of his own, and reports his availability, he shall be called to work on the following shift. Where the Employer has carried out the conditions of the Agreement and an employee is not reached but later reports his availability, he or she will be called to work not later than the following third shift.

Recall Requirements. To ensure maximum recognition of workers’ seniority Employers agree that, when calling employees back after a work reduction, they will telephone at least three (3) times if necessary, throughout the course of the day.   • Special Requirements Additional terms and conditions of this Agreement, if any, which are made a part hereof are set forth in the “Special Requirements” attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and incorporated herein by this reference. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of Exhibit “B” and any other provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of Exhibit “B” shall govern.
