Common use of Recall List Clause in Contracts

Recall List. A copy of any recall notice issued by the University pursuant to any provision of this Agreement must be given promptly by the University to the Councillor, or designate, cited in (a) above. That Councillor, or designate, may use University facilities and equipment to copy this notice and to mail it to the Union office. Each such recall notice must include, amongst other information, the job title and work location for the position being filled by recall and the name and seniority date of the person being recalled.
