Common use of Recall List Clause in Contracts

Recall List. ‌ Regular employees laid off under this Article 11, and not bumping a more junior employee in accordance with Article 11.03, shall be placed on the recall list in seniority order for a period not to exceed twelve (12) consecutive months, provided that periods of temporary and auxiliary employment shall not establish new or additional recall rights.
