Rebalancing Principles. It is expected that the actual fund distribution will differ from target levels as a result of the change in value of investments in individual financial instruments. Rebalancing of the Individual Portfolio is done according to the following principles: - The Manager uses incoming and outgoing cash flows to correct the current fund distribution to target levels; - The Manager periodically makes an analysis of the Individual Portfolio with an aim to state the compliance of the fund distribution levels with the investment policy and limitations and the divergence of the current and target fund distribution levels; - in case of non-compliance of the current fund distribution levels with the investment policy and limitations stated in this Investment Declaration the Manager performs rebalancing of the Individual Portfolio; - in case of non-compliance of the current fund distribution levels with the range of the target fund distribution levels stated in this Investment Declaration the Manager performs rebalancing of the Individual Portfolio. The Manager is entitled to make a decision to correct the current fund distribution to the target levels at any time. The Manager is obliged to act with reasonable periodicity in the assessment process and rebalancing of divergences of the current and target fund distribution levels of the Individual Portfolio.
