Reasons for Non-Selection. An employee who is not selected after applying for a posted position shall be informed in writing of his/her non-selection and the reason therefore within a reasonable period of time as required by Per 602.02.d. of the Administrative Rules of the Division of Personnel.

Reasons for Non-Selection. A full-time employee who is not selected after applying for a posted position shall be informed in writing of his/her non- selection and the reason within fifteen (15) calendar days as required by Per 602.02.d. of the Administrative Rules of the Division of Personnel.
Reasons for Non-Selection. An employee may request in writing the specific written reasons why he/she was not selected for a position. All such written requests must be submitted to the hiring manager within seven (7) days from notice of the employee’s rejection. The hiring manager shall provide a written explanation to the employee within seven (7) days of receipt of the employee’s request.
