Common use of Reasonable Overtime Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Overtime. The University may require an employee to work reasonable overtime at the applicable rates prescribed in this Agreement. An employee will not be required to work overtime if the employee satisfies the University that they cannot work that overtime. Wherever possible, an employee will be given at least 48 hours of notice of the overtime.
