Reasonable Overtime Hours. (i) An employee shall not work for a continuous period in excess of twelve hours, (i.e. 8 hours ordinary time plus 4 hours overtime, or 10 hours ordinary time plus 2 hours overtime) excluding meal breaks, from the time of commencing work.

  • Reasonable Overtime (a) There is a requirement to work reasonable overtime. Subject to that requirement being met, it is not compulsory for an Employee to work overtime in a particular case.

  • Overtime Hours Except as otherwise provided in this section, all hours worked in excess of the established work day, before or after an employee's regular scheduled shift, or on any regularly scheduled day off, shall be considered overtime.   • Extra Hours For the purpose of Clause 20.13, extra hours means any hours available to be worked in excess of an employee’s regular schedule.
